SWIIMS : People can submit 2 different types of publications :

Abstract only
FORMAT :
– Title
– Authors with affiliations
– Main body, up to one page, single column
Already accepted/published journal papers
You may want to present a relevant work that has already been accepted for publication in a journal without preparing an extra conference version. In that case you should simply submit your accepted journal paper.
FORMAT: the final pdf of your accepted journal article.
Journal of Spectral Imaging
Accepted contributions will be included in the conference program, in the on-site conference proceedings.
Extended versions of accepted abstracts will be invited for submission to a special issue of the Journal of Spectral Imaging following peer review.
Award
A best paper/abstract/presentation award will be given at the end of the conference
